Please be aware these changes
were thought to have been fully approved May 21, 2001
and have been widely used
since that time.
However, due to Minutes
and Guidelines keeping errors, the final proof of only one Committee
vote had been found, instead
of the required two consecutive votes.
For this reason, we are
asking the Committee to re-approve the changes in order to make them official.
